These lines are dedicated to the treatment of low relaxation steel wire for prestressed concrete and structural reinforcement. They guarantee a technological process with very high performance and excellent quality, result of a great technical knowledge and long experience in this field.

• Wire surface type: smooth, indented, galvanized;
• Packaging: strapped coils with internal diameter > 1250 mm and/or bundles of tied bars;
• Wire pay-off: from motorized spool (DIN 1120 - 1400);
• Tensioning system: by rotating die or by double capstan;
• Straightening: quadruple straightener on 4 planes at 45°;
• Indenting: by adjustable cassette;
• Heating furnace type: Induction with power between 300 and 450 kW;
• Wire cooling: by dip and spray in tunnel;
• Pulling capstan: double with horizontal axis with V shape groove;
• Capstan diameter: 3000 - 4000 mm;
• Wire pusher: 4 pairs of gummed rolls hydraulically openable;
• Cutting system: rotating shear;
• Collecting system: 2 baskets with vertical axis Ø 3000 mm of maximum weight 3000 kg and/or collecting bars bench.
