COLD ROLLING LINES
These compact and versatile cold rolling lines are completely modular and can be composed of one, two or three bull blocks and work in addition with modular descalers, lubricant units, stress relieving devices, as well as with our complete range of pay-off and manual or fully automatic spoolers, dead block coilers or cutting units. Thanks to our complete know-how and internal manufacturing process, which includes also rolling cassettes and rolls, we guarantee full support throughout the entire production process and spares supply.
Main Features:
- Maximum production speed up to 20 m/s;
- Horizontal capstan bull blocks to provide ergonomic and safe operations;
- Each block can be equipped with up to two rolling cassettes to allow a quick on-board switch of the wire production;
- "+1" capstan configuration, available for all the models, allows an additional reduction using the same block;
- Capstans water cooling system is supplied for the highest performance models;
- NLGEH series allows also stretching.
