SPOOLERS
Eurolls Teurema has several spoolers in its range, such as single/double, horizontal/vertical, semi/fully automatic, designed to work with all kinds of spools: fixed/collapsible, manual/automatic decomposing or custom design. The line can be complemented also with automatic spool handling, meaning automatic loading/unloading, collapsible spool opening/closing, strapping, weighing, labelling and conveying.
Main Features:
- Maximum winding speed up to 20 m/s;
- Wire spooling capacity up to 8 tons;
- Wire diameters up to 25 mm;
- Layer-layer winding;
- Fully automatic spool changing and wire threading available;
- Full integration with complete automatic spool handling systems;
- Function to collect automatically specimens, set up from main pulpit;
- Simplified kinematics design, without gearboxes and reduced maintenance.
